He is a graduate from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India ('NLSIU') and has almost 19 years of experience both in India and London. After graduating from NLSIU Alok joined the Chamber of Mr. V R Reddy, the then Additional Solicitor General of India in the Supreme Court of India and worked until 1998 when he decided to move to London. In 1999 Alok qualified as a Solicitor with the Law Society of England and Wales and has been practicing as a Solicitor with some of the leading law firms in London such as Rakisons (now Steptoe) and Osborne Clarke.
